We regularly perform full data center decommissioning and support some of the largest businesses and MSPs during desktop equipment refreshes. Some of our best performances include shredding 7,800 hard drives at a client’s data center in a single day, de-racking over 90 server racks worth of equipment and packaging a trailer of servers in one day, as well as supporting a global refresh of desktop equipment over a full year that resulted in over 5,000 machines recovered across 30 locations.  

Our service line includes NAID AAA certified on-site erasure, media shredding, and off-site data destruction services. We also have an inhouse NAID Certified Secure Destruction Specialist who works with our customers to ensure their data disposition programs meet with regulatory requirements and security best practices. Regulatory consulting is provided at no cost to any active or prospective clients. 

Our reporting and proof of work goes far beyond a simple “certificate of destruction.”  We take compliance and security seriously, and we are happy to support customers on ITADCentral that share this goal with us.  

Customers are welcomed to visit and inspect our site, audit our systems, and are provided access to any management system documents or support needed to satisfy internal or third party IT, environmental, and regulatory requirements or audits such as ISO 14001, HIPAA, SOC 2, or LEED certification.  

We utilize an industry leading ERP system to ensure our customer agreements and SLAs are achieved on the technical floor. We have developed automated asset data capture for all assets that potentially contain media such as PCs, servers, laptops, tablets, etc. This data capture includes, but is not limited to, model, data destruction performed, and serial number. This digital data capture virtually eliminates the possibility of human error typically associated with barcode scanning or manual data entry. This process results in better data for our business, drives higher asset recovery values, and helps us deliver more accurate reporting to our customers.

It is important for us to make a positive impact in our community. To support this goal, we have donated over 10,000 computers to PowerMyLearning, an organization that images, deploys, and trains high need students, teachers and families with their proprietary learning software. We also run a program to help organizations donate machines easily and securely to support PowerMyLearning’s mission.
